We love LeiVola, but will understand (and forgive!) if you’re not completely satisfied. In the event that you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- We will accept unwashed, unworn items, or prior defective merchandise with original tag, as a return within 14 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you wear a panty liner or underwear when trying on shorts**.
- Fill out the online form to make us aware of your return
- Re-pack and ship the unwanted item(s) back to us with the invoice you received in the package using the address provided to you on the invoice. Contact us at email@example.com if you lost your invoice.
- We’ll process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days from the time of shipping back to us. Returns will be credited to the original card tendered and will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
**All garments are subject to inspection and will be returned to you without refund if we find any of the above terms are not upheld. We do this to ensure everyone is receiving hygienic, good-as-new garments.
Unfortunately, original shipping costs for both domestic and international orders cannot be refunded and LeiVola is not responsible for return shipping costs.
While we try to get your order right every time, mistakes can happen. If an item has been shipped to you in error or if your order is wrong, it's on us! We’ll cover the cost for you to ship back to us, and the cost to ship your correct item to you. We’ll work to get your new order out as soon as possible upon receiving the incorrect order, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing/shipping.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on purchases that have not been made through this website.
At this time we’re not accepting exchanges however, if you’re unhappy with the item you received and want something else, you can return any garment within the above guidelines and purchase a new one. We hope to make exchanges and other options available to you as LeiVola grows!
